Charges laid after Kenosee Lake fight

Carlyle RCMP along with the RCMP/Regina Police Service Integrated Intelligence Unit (RIIU) have charged five men in relation to a fight at a business at Kenosee Lake on May 20, 2017
At 2:15 a.m. on May 20, Carlyle RCMP responded to an altercation involving a number of people at a business located on Lake View Street at Kenosee Lake.
During the incident two men were assaulted and sustained non-life threatening injuries.
The incident was related to a Hell’s Angels motorcycle club event held annually in the resort community.
Charges are as follows:
Richard Jerome BANDET (43) of Regina, SK.
- Assault with a weapon – sec. 267(a) CC
- Assault causing bodily harm – sec. 267(b) CC
Daniel Adam BECKER (34) of Regina, SK.
- Assault – sec. 266 CC
Howard Cedric Cormier (52) of Moose Jaw, SK.
- Assault – sec. 266 CC
Javis Martin WATSON (35) of Regina, SK.
- Three counts of Assault – sec. 266 CC
Andrew Blair WAUGH (29) of Regina, SK.
- Assault causing bodily harm – sec. 267(b) CC
All five have made their initial court appearances and were released on Undertaking/Conditions. They are scheduled to appear again in Regina Provincial Court
