The publicly funded influenza (flu) vaccine will be offered in Saskatchewan beginning October 23 through public health clinics, some physician and Nurse Practitioner offices, and participating pharmacies.

In the Moosomin area, the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region is offering flu clinics at the Moosomin Seniors' Centre on Oct. 24 and Oct. 30, at the Rocanville Seniors Club )ct. 23 and November 8, at the Wapella Happy Go Lucky Club oct. 26, at the Welwyn Belles and Beaus November 2 and at the Whitewood Harmony club Oct. 27 and November 14. See the Oct. 16 issue of the World-Spectator for complete details on these clinics.

Flu shots are also available in Moosomin at Pharmasave and IDA, in Rocanville at Super Thrifty Drugs in Redvers at Pharmasave, in Whitewood at Pharmasave, and in Kipling at Pharmasave and Balfour Drugs,

The free flu shot is offered to residents six months and older, and is highly recommended for people at high risk of complications from influenza.

“Influenza can cause serious illness in seniors, people with chronic health conditions, young children and pregnant women,” Saskatchewan’s Chief Medical Health Officer Dr. Saqib Shahab said. “Seniors have the highest risk of complications, hospitalization or death from influenza. I strongly encourage everyone at high risk to get a flu shot early in the season and be protected before the virus begins to circulate widely.”

Caregivers of people at high risk are also encouraged to get a flu shot to protect themselves and those around them. Only injectable vaccine will be offered in Saskatchewan through the publicly-funded influenza immunization program for 2017-18.

The injectable vaccine provides protection against four different flu virus strains that are most likely to circulate this season, including H3N2 which tends to be severe. Live casinos in India operate on a rather straightforward principle. When you sit at one of the tables, you will be dealing with a genuine dealer who will be streaming live and visible on your screen. As in a land-based casino, the game is controlled by the dealer. Random number generators aren't used there. The dealer spins a real roulette wheel and draws actual cards. Now let's look at some of the most important aspects of Indian live dealer casinos . They offer all of the benefits of traditional gaming platforms, but in a more authentic setting.

Pharmacists can only immunize adults and children nine years of age and older who have a valid Saskatchewan health card. Children under nine will need to be vaccinated at a public health clinic.
