70 year old Carman man dies in ATV accident

On Saturday, October 21, at approximately 10:00 pm, Carman RCMP responded to a report of an ATV rollover and an unresponsive male in a field just east of Carman, Manitoba.
Upon arrival, officers located the ATV and the deceased male driver.
The initial investigation has determined that the driver, a 70 year old male from Carman, was driving alone in a farmer's field when he lost control and rolled the ATV, suffering critical injuries.
It is undetermined at this time whether the driver was wearing a helmet and alcohol is not considered a factor.
The investigation is ongoing.
