Warrants for Carl Larochelle

As reported in this week's World-Spectator, Moosomin RCMP want to hear from anyone who may know the whereabouts of Carl Joseph Larochelle.
The Regina Police Service contacted Moosomin RCMP to let them know there are warrants for the arrest of Larochelle, and it is believed he is in the Moosomin area.
Yorkton RCMP also have warrants for the arrest of Larochelle.
Forty-six year-old Carl Joseph Larochelle is described as male, Caucasian, 5’8″ tall, approximately 155 lbs., medium build, fair complexion, with straight, short, white hair and hazel eyes.
Noticeable markings include many tattoos: a detailed image across his arms and chest that bears a large human skull with an eyeball over his left chest, as well as various other tattoos on his chest, abdomen, back and calves.

There is no reason at this time to believe Larochelle is a danger to public safety, but he is wanted for several criminal code offences including theft, fraud, and breach of probation.
