RCMP would like to caution the public on using the following highways:
Hwy 11- North and South of Saskatoon
Hwy 14- West of Saskatoon
Hwy 16- East of Saskatoon
Hwy 5- Near Quill Lake
Hwy 1- East and West of Regina
Sections of the highways have icy stretches with blowing snow, limited visibility, and strong winds. Motorist are advised to avoid using the highways if possible.
As a winter storm rolls through the area it is anticipated that road conditions will continue to decline.
