Armed Robbery at Lebret

On July 11 at 1:30 am, the Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP responded to an armed robbery at the Calling Lakes Inn in Lebret.

As the bar was closing four suspects entered the business with one male brandishing a knife. Suspects proceeded to take alcohol and attempted entry into the cash register. Suspects fled without any money.

Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP members were on the scene within minutes and attempted to stop the suspect vehicle. A high speed pursuit ensued for approximately 30 minutes on grid roads south of Balcarres where the vehicle was eventually lost.

The Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP along with assistance from the Regina General Investigation Section are continuing the investigation in this matter.
