Dorothy JoanBelle Bunz (Doddie) of Sunnyside Nursing Home Saskatoon formerly of Rocanville Sask was born in Regina Sask, on June 13, 1942 and passed away on Thursday October 26, 2017.

Doddie married Paul Bunz on November 11, 1989, and together they raised their blended family.

Doddie’s first love was her Saviour Jesus Christ. She committed her life to him and it was her faith in him that got her through many trials in her life.

Doddie’s passion was children especially special needs babies. She was a foster parent for 20 years and many children went through her home and each had a special place in her heart. She cared for them until they could go back home to their parents.

Doddie is survived by her husband Paul and her children; Shawn Salut (Janet), Daniel Bunz, Phillip Bunz (Courtney) Sharon Harvey (Derrick) and Ray J Bunz, seven grandchildren and many foster sons and daughters.

A memorial service was held on November 13, 2017 at the Rocanville Pentecostal Church with the Rev Ken Buchan presiding.
