William Marsh passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre LTC at 91 years old.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Susie who he was married to for 66 years, his daughter Diane (Mike), his son Terry and grandchildren Amanda (Rick) and Justin.

Bill was born December 6, 1931 on the farm, he went to school at New Hastings, then worked at neighbouring farms and the gold mine in Bissett, Manitoba, before returning home to take over the farm from his parents.

He married Susie Griemann on October 20, 1956, they had two children, Diane and Terry.

He farmed for about 40 years then sold the farm and moved to Welwyn. He worked for the town for two years and then fully retired.

Bill really enjoyed a good game of cards with everyone and Old Time dancing with their many friends.

They moved to Moosomin in 2018 and then to the Southeast Integrated Care LTC and kept Susie company in June of 2022.

Bill is survived by brothers Allan, Ronald (Elvy), Bruce (Sheila) and sisters Helen and Joyce, sister-in-law Bernice and brother-in-law William (Judy).

Bill is predeceased by his parents Joe and Lauretta Marsh, his brothers Bud (Betty), Orlie (Kay), and Pike, his brothers-in-law Art and Lloyd, Pete (Irene), Herman (Muriel), Alf (Mary), Henry (June) and sister-in-law Margaret and many nieces and nephews.

Interment will take place at Welwyn cemetery at a later date to be announced.

For those who desire donations can be made to the Welwyn Cemetery in memory of Bill or Southeast Integrated Care Centre LTC.
