Frank Hall Gray passed away October 28, 2023 at the age of 83 years at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre - Long Term Care, Moosomin, Saskatchewan.
Frank was born and raised on the family farm in the Langbank/Kennedy area.
Frank worked in a variety of jobs throughout Saskatchewan in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

While working in Moosomin, Frank’s sister June introduced him to Audrey Wilson. Frank and Audrey were married in Saskatoon in 1964, and they lived in various communities in Saskatchewan and Manitoba before purchasing a farm in 1974 in the Wapella area.

Frank and Audrey owned and operated the farm for over 40 years.

In addition to farming, Frank also sold houses and eventually, with various partners, owned and operated lumberyards and a general contracting business in Wapella and Moosomin.

Frank was proud to be involved in the building of many homes in this part of Saskatchewan.

Frank was also very active in both communities through school boards, service clubs and community projects.

He enjoyed reading, travelling and watching and participating in various sporting events, particularly curling.

Most of all, Frank enjoyed farm life and spending time with his immediate and extended family.

Frank is survived by his wife Audrey, his sons Shaun (Sherry) and Kenton, his granddaughters Kristen (Keane) and Kate (Luke), his siblings Bernice Dowhaniuk (Ed) and Earl (Faye), plus many nieces, nephews and extended families.

He was predeceased by his father Oliver, mother Evelyn, and siblings Roy, Allan (Maureen), and June Griemann (Henry).

Frank’s family will gather at a later date to remember and celebrate his life.

The family wishes to thank all the caring hands who have looked after Frank at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre - LTC in Moosomin.
