Larry Joseph Signarowski of Brooks, Alberta, beloved husband of Beverly, passed away at Brooks Health Centre on May 12, 2014 at the age of 66 years.

Larry was born in Melville, Saskatchewan on November 15, 1947 and was raised on the family farm. He received his primary school education at Greenwood School and St. Joseph’s Academy and his diploma in Business Administration at STI in 1968.

Larry married Beverly on July 26, 1969 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. In 1973 he started work in Kamsack, Saskatchewan as a nursing home administrator and later moved to Moosomin where he managed the Pioneer Lodge and Nursing Home for 27 years.

He enjoyed hunting, golfing, tinkering on his cars and spending time with his grandchildren. Larry was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #5858. He made friends easily and enjoyed the people that he met wherever he went.

He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered for his love of life and family.
Larry was predeceased by his father Joseph.

He is survived by his wife Beverly, children Evette (Bryce), Natasha (Wayne), Andrea (Aaron) and John (Robyn); grandchildren Jacob, Quinn, Autumn and Christopher; mother Eva; and siblings Zoria, Barry, Arden, Arnold and Lorie and their families.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Brooks, with Reverend Bill Schnitzler officiating. The funeral mass will be celebrated in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan at Church of Our Lady on Friday, May 23 at 1 p.m. with interment to follow at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home Columbarium.
