Lloyd passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 in the Southeast Integrated Care Centre, Moosomin, Sask.

Lloyd was born July 28, 1927 south of McAuley, Manitoba to Jane and Duncan Stewart. Lloyd worked many odd jobs including working for Chucky Lewis training horses.

Lloyd eventually met and married Helen Marsh (Toots) on November 29, 1956. Lloyd and Toots started their married life in Welwyn, Saskatchewan where he worked hauling gravel and renting farmland. They also started their family in Welwyn with the birth of their two daughters Lauralee (1957) and Pamela (1960). In 1962 they bought their farm four miles east of Welwyn where their third daughter Holly was born in 1964. They resided and worked on the farm until they retired back to Welwyn in 1998.

Lloyd was predeceased by his parents Jane and Duncan and was their last remaining child. He was also predeceased by his brothers Will, John, Robert (Bob), Fred, infant Donald and sisters Dorothy, Lillian and infant Mary. Lloyd was predeceased by his in-laws Joe and Loretta Marsh plus five brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law, two nephews, one niece and one son-in-law, Kim Likuski.

Lloyd leaves behind his wife Toots, daughters Lauralee Harrison (Tom Wilkinson), Pamela Likuski, Holly (Dwayne) Taphorn, grandchildren Teri (Ellery) Beck, Adam Likuski, Megan (Tim) Nelson, Jamie Painchaud, Samantha Painchaud, one great-granddaughter Morgan Beck plus numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service took place on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Trinity United Church, Welwyn, Saskatchewan with Dawn Wilson officiating. Interment took place at Welwyn Cemetery.
