Alice passed away in Moosomin, Saskatchewan Care Home on July 2nd, 2016.

She was born on the farm at McAuley, Manitoba to Arthur Jeremiah Nice and Doris Lucy Startin. She had 4 sisters; Ellen, Eileen, Lena and Ruth. Alice attended school in McAuley and later married George Arthur Webb on November 8th, 1952 in Regina, Saskatchewan.They built a house south of McAuley on 21-14-29 on #41 highway and farmed and lived here until 2012. Alice enjoyed gardening and homemaking. They were blessed with 4 children; Carolyn, Allan, Steven and Stacey. For many years George and Alice enjoyed Saturday night visits to Moosomin, coffee time with friends, and dances at Round Lake. Alice loved travelling and visited Alberta, Arizona, Vegas and Alaska. She enjoyed visits from grandkids, picking berries, long walks and farm life.

In April of 2012 Alice and George moved to Sterling Manor in Moosomin. George died in June of 2012, after which Alice spent time in Maryfield Hospital, Grenfell Care Home and her last home in Moosomin Care Home.

She will be remembered for her big smile, big laugh and big heart. Alice is predeceased by her husband George, her sister Ruth (Glen) Holloway, In-Laws Ron (Shirley) Webb and Margaret McTigh (sister in-law). Surviving Family: Children Carolyn (John) Finnie, Allan (Colleen) Webb, Steven (Dianne)Webb and Stacey Webb. Six Grandchildren: Tricia (Danny) Turner, Martin Finnie (Erica Lowe), Lisa (Cameron) Hodgins, Nicole (Gary) Dyke, Scott Webb and Alana Webb (Mike Schoonbaert). Great Grandchildren: Jaiah, Ira & Zurin Turner, Matao & Charlie Finnie, Weston and Dawson Dyke, Carrie, Chase & Cole Hodgins, and Leyton Webb. Sisters Lena Lewis, Ellen Lee, Eileen Sheane and their families. Brothers-in-law Jim (Jean) Webb, Andy Webb and their families.

A family graveside funeral was held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. in McAuley, MB. Open tea at the café in McAuley followed.
