Dallas Felsing passed away at the age of 59 on October 19, 2019 at the Moosomin Health Center with his wife Terry, sons Jeremy and Travis and sister-in-law Pat by his side.

He leaves to mourn his best friend and wife Terry of 39 years plus a few hours. His two sons Jeremy and Travis. His three little angels that called him Gramps Nova, Andrixes, and Keslyn. His devoted little dogs Charlie and Sophie. His daughter-in-law Rene and a special grandson Caleb, also a beautiful lady named Michelle whom he always called his own. His mother Arkley and family. His many sisters of 41 years and their families and mother-in-law Maureen Fletcher.

Dallas grew up in Rocanville where he attended school and made wonderful life-long friends. After leaving high school he had a passion for heavy equipment and went to work for Wilson Construction, being very proud to have worked alongside his dad. Dallas spent 32 years at PCS Rocanville mine where he worked as an operator then as management. While there, he got to work alongside his son Jeremy.

Retiring in 2013 but still restless for his passion of heavy equipment, he returned to Wilson Construction to now work alongside his son Travis. A great honour for Dallas to work beside the most respected men in his life!

Dallas was very proud to end his work career with the Town of Rocanville. He took such pride in making his town a beautiful place for the residents of Rocanville to call home.

Dallas always treasured his family and his home and especially all three of his 442 cutlass, bombardier snowmobiles, Dodge truck and his Harley Davidson motorcycle, which we all know where Dallas’s masterpieces, all designed to his perfection! A very proud man of his many treasures. He loved his summers camping with his family and sisters of 41 years and their families. So much laughter, love, and memories.

Dallas’s final gift was to leave his family with a place he found great comfort and peace—his cottage. This is where Dallas will have his celebration of life with his family this summer.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Dallas was an ordinary man who found the strength to persevere and endure in spite of all overwhelming obstacles. Our hero.
