Kenneth “Earl” Kingdon was born on October 26, 1937, in the family home in Tantallon, Saskatchewan, to Ken and Dorothy Kingdon (Baker).

Earl attended school at Hazelcliff for Grades 1 and 2, Perth for Grades 3 - 8, Tantallon for Grades 9 and 10, then Rocanville for Grades 11 and 12. His graduating class consisted of him and two girls.

On July 30, 1960 Earl married Daisy Ann Rose Duce at St. Thomas Anglican Church in Rocanville, Saskatchewan.

They moved to the farm north of Rocanville, one mile from where Earl grew up.

In January 1965, after many trips to Regina, Earl and Daisy chose three month old Melanie to be their daughter. Ten months later, along came Wayne in October, followed by Kenneth in 1968, Rhonda in 1972 and Kevin in 1977.
Earl and Daisy farmed and ran a dairy until 1976. They continued to keep cattle and farmed until 2000.

After 41 years on the farm, Earl and Daisy retired and moved to Rocanville in 2001 where Earl remained until last year when he had a stroke that changed life for him.

After many moves due to his health, he finally called Long Term Care in Moosomin his home in December of 2022.

Earl is predeceased by his loving wife Daisy, his parents Ken and Dorothy Kingdon, Daisy’s parents Bill and Ruth Duce, step-father-in-law Bill Gander, granddaughter Bailee Buchberger, sister-in-law Kristene Kingdon, brother-in-law Joe Duce, sister-in-law Joyce Duce, and nephew Everett Kingdon.

Earl leaves to treasure his memory, his children Melanie Kingdon, Wayne (Trina) Kingdon, Kenneth (Tracy) Kingdon, Rhonda (Neil) Buchberger, Kevin (Jennifer) Kingdon, grandchildren Krysten (Tyler), Kaitlyn (Adam), Sierra (Karson), Ashton (Dylan), Tanner (Kia), Gavin (Alyssa), Aubrey, Garrett, Kody (Kaila), Jamie (Blade), Jayden (Carter), Ashlynn (Dylan), Emma, Tia, Ryder and Laurel, great-grand children Kessi, Gemma, Amos, Charlotte, Kendall, Everson, Parker, Holden, Luxly, Zura, Jett and Addie.

Also surviving is his brother Grant Kingdon, brothers and sisters-in-law George and Shirley Duce, Eva and Ronald Swanson and Darlene Higgs, as well as many nieces and nephews.
