Howard passed away in Regina General Hospital on February 17, 2026 at the age of 71.
Howard grew up on the farm near Moosomin and attended grades K-12 at Moosomin schools. He entered the plumbing trade shortly after graduating high-school in 1972. He worked in the trade his entire career, employed for many years with Comfort Mechanical in Regina, and then operating his own business until his passing.
Predeceased by his parents, Guy and Dorothy Stilborn, Howard is survived by his wife Annie, step-son Steffen, step-daughters Christina and Jessica and their families. He is also survived by his sisters, Rita (Karl) Fenk, Helen (Lloyd) Teetaert and his brothers Stuart (Debbie), Ross (Dianne) and Dave (Angie) Stilborn, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial is being planned for a later date.
