Charles Howard Fowler departed on August 3, 2022 to be with his wife, Evelyn Fowler. Howard lived a long life of 96 years. He is predeceased by his parents, James and Rosalia Fowler, his eldest son Bryan Fowler, grandson Kolan Langmaier, brothers Elden, Frank and Edwin Fowler. He leaves to mourn, daughter in law Vicki Fowler, son James (Sonja) Fowler and daughter Jayne (Karl) Langmaier along with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
