The beloved husband of Linda Steinke, father of Darcy, Kilian, Kimberley, Tesa, died suddenly at his home in Souris, Manitoba on Tuesday, November 19, 2013.
Funeral service was held at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, Brandon, Manitoba on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 2 p.m. Private interment will be at a later date.
In memory of Ernie, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Redeemer Lutheran Church 114 Ashgrove Boulevard, Brandon, Manitoba R7B 1E1. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home Souris, in care of arrangements. Expression of sympathy may be made at www.kowalchuks.net.
