Our dear Auntie Lib passed away very peacefully in the Moosomin hospital on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, her 102nd birthday, with her nieces Connie and Kenilee by her side.
She was predeceased by her husband Ralph in 2011.
She is survived by her sister Pearl Simon and by many nieces and nephews.
Auntie Lib and Uncle Ralph never had any children of their own, but treated many of us as if we were theirs. We all have such wonderful memories of a dear loving aunt and are grateful she had such a long wonderful life. She will be dearly missed.
At her request, no funeral service will be held. There will be a graveside service at the Fleming cemetery in the summer of 2015.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, in memory of Lib.
