Russel Elmore was born on March 31, 1933 in Moosomin and passed away on December 31, 2015 in Waterloo, Ontario.
He was predeceased by his parents John and Maggie Elmore and two brother Ted and William. He is survived by his wife Peggy, and his step-daughter Mary, also a daughter Lana in Regina and his son Ricki in Lloydminster, as well as his brother Garry in Osoyoos, British Columbia and sister Ruth Molson in Regina, as well as six grandchildren.

The funeral will take place at a later date in Waterloo.
