Sadly Isla (Bell) passed away December 9, 2016. Thankfully her pain and struggles are over.
Isla will be missed by sisters Edith Halls, Iris Moodie and Lois Wilkinson and brother Donald and our families.
No service, a family interment will be held next spring in Saskatchewan.
If friends so wish a donation to Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
