Larry William Bell died unexpectedly in his home on Friday, September 29, 2017 in Calgary Alberta at the age of 71 years.
Larry is survived by his wife of 45 years Joanne: sons Dirk and Aaron: grandchildren Trinity, Adriana and Theodore; siblings Elaine, Janet and Archie; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Beth Bell and in-laws Dirk and Gerda Wykhuizen.
Larry was born on July 26, 1946 in Imperial Saskatchewan and raised at Rocanville, Saskatchewan.
After moving to Calgary, he worked at Foothills Hospital for seven years before joining Air Canada in 1980.
He retired in 2005 after 25 years of service after which he was semi-retired and worked a variety of small jobs. Larry was a huge fan of award winning movies, and loved to look at maps of the world and dream of going to distant places.
Larry was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He is, and will be missed.
