Peacefully on December 16, Herman passed away surrounded by family at Leduc Community Hospital.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Lillian; his parents, Heinrich and Hulda; brothers, Edward and Gustav, and sisters, Adele and Ingeborg; daughters, Rhonda and Brenda.
He will lovingly be remembered by his son, Randy; siblings, Jacob, Walter, and Emma; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Herman loved sports, classic cars and time spent with family. Herman will be greatly missed by all, rest in peace.
A memorial service will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home. Due to Covid-19 requirements, this event will be by invitation only.
The family is sincerely grateful to the staff of the Leduc Community Hospital for their care in Herman’s final days.
