Lavern Harvey William Hooper of Moosomin, Saskatchewan, beloved husband of Leonie Hooper passed away at SEICC–Long Term Care, Moosomin Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the age of 79 years.
Funeral Services will be held from St. Paul’s United Church, Rocanville, Saskatchewan Monday, July 19 at 10:30 am with Rev. Barbara Wilkins officiating. Interment will be in Spy Hill Cemetery.
For those who so desire, memorial tributes in memory of Lavern may be made to Moosomin and District Health Care Foundation for CT scanner.
