On January 10, 2026, God wrapped his arms around Glen and took another angel home.
Waiting at Heaven’s Gates for Glen was his mom and dad, Elgin and Barbara Tapp, his three brothers Ron, Ken and Bruce, and special friend Edith Stark.
Left with precious memories is Effie (Kallichuk), his partner for 28 years.
Also left is what Glen said was his greatest achievement, his daughters and grandchildren Shannon and Ross Hookway-Tapp, their son Harrison and daughter Sloanne from Toronto, Ontario, and Dr. Carly Tapp and her daughter Autumn of Guelph, Ontario, sister Judy (Don) Storjord of Virden, Manitoba and special friend Edith Rossignol and Festus (Anthony).
In keeping with Glen’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life in honor of Glen will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Elkhorn Legion Hall, 4 Richhill Avenue, Elkhorn, Manitoba with Joyce Marsh officiating. Service time is 2 pm in Manitoba and 1 pm in Saskatchewan. Lunch to follow.
